Temco Logistics is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customers with accurate information regarding their orders, delivery status, and product details.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly, addressing customer questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Ensuring customers are satisfied with their delivery and installation services through follow-up communications.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and escalating unresolved matters to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
  • Monitoring and tracking delivery schedules to provide customers with real-time updates.
  • Maintaining expert knowledge of Temco Logistics' products and services to support customer inquiries effectively.
  • Tracking office supply inventory and placing orders as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Preparing and submitting timely reports, presentations, and proposals assigned.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to maintain seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or office administrative tasks.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software (ERP systems preferred).
  • Knowledge of Temco Logistics' delivery and installation services or a related logistics environment is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
