Coca Cola - - Responsibilities: Complete scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance as directed by the building maintenance supervisor.; Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, roofing, masonry, loading dock repairs, and boiler maintenance.; Upkeep and updates the lighting in the facility, including re-lamping, troubleshooting, installing, and repairing fixtures.; Maintain and upgrade plumbing systems, including cleaning drains, installing fixtures, and repairing drain pans.; Perform general carpentry, including partition installation, drywall repair, finish carpentry, and painting.
