Protos Security - - Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of National and Local customer's security needs and act as the primary point of contact; Proactively assess and clarify client needs and oversee delivery execution; Lead solution development addressing client needs while coordinating company personnel; Direct the flow of information during client rollouts and ensure effective communication; Escalate issues per rules, protect confidentiality, and manage client concerns and time/finances (AR/AP)
