Allied Universal - Up to $17.00/hour - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to associates, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail environment.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, and fire or alarm activations.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, stock areas, entrances and exits, and exterior perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.; Observe customer and associate activity for suspicious or unusual behavior and help to deter theft, property damage, and policy violations through high visibility presence and timely reporting.; Complete required reports and logs, document incidents, and communicate key information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.
