Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and store associates by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales areas, common areas, parking lots, and along the perimeter to help to deter theft, loitering, and other unwanted activity.; Monitor entrances, exits, and receiving areas; observe for suspicious behavior and/or policy violations; and report concerns according to site procedures.; Complete required documentation such as incident reports, activity logs, and patrol check-ins, and communicate updates to the supervisor and/or client representative as needed.
