The Server plays a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and genuine service to members and guests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As part of the Front of House Service team, your essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional hospitality and service throughout all interactions with members and guests, consistently anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Serve food and beverages in dining outlets, on-course, and during events in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare dining areas for service, including cleaning, setting, and resetting tables and service stations.
  • Receive and accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and ensure proper account handling.
  • Prepare and deliver food and beverage items in accordance with service and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and service stations.
  • Complete daily side work, opening, and closing responsibilities, including basic accounting tasks as assigned.
  • Monitor guest needs throughout the dining experience and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Stock, organize, move supplies, and assist with furniture or room resets as needed.
  • Support special events, banquets, and club functions as assigned.
  • Adhere to all Dormie Network policies, procedures, safety, and food handling standards.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the Food and Beverage operation.
  • Work collaboratively with all employees to support an efficient and positive team environment.
  • Consistently greet members, guests, and fellow employees with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to help.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in food and beverage service or a related hospitality setting preferred.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and turn in service and kitchen areas.
  • Ability to visually inspect food, beverages, and service areas for quality and presentation.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and standard service equipment.
