Distribution Utility - 5S 2nd Shift

Eaton's EPG CHD EP Americas division is currently seeking a Distribution Utility - 5S 2nd Shift. Roanoke, VA facility operates under Eaton's Electrical Sector providing products for Data Centers, Commercial Customers, Mining and Food & Beverage. The position offers full-time employment of 40 hours and benefits consisting of medical, dental, vision, and retirement accounts (401K).

The hourly rate for this position is $20.78 per hour. The core hours are 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.

What You'll Do:

• Communication with shift lead/coordinator/supervisor
• Manage trash and recycling
• Sort and stack pallets
• Remove stacks of broken pallets from staging areas
• Indoor/Outdoor work will be required for the organizing of all materials.
• Operate non-motorized material handling equipment.
• Clean, mop, sweep aisles and locations as well as pick up trash.
• Assists with facilities cleaning, and other maintenance duties.
• Reports and removes safety hazards and obstacles.
• Operate floor scrubber
• Other tasks or duties to include production tasks as requested
• Operate material handling equipment

Qualifications:

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Remain standing for an extended period of time up to 10 hours
Able to perform with constant movement of the arms
