Phlebotomist - Weekend & Night Shift
Available Schedules

• Night Shift - Weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Day/Evening - Weekends: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM
• Night Shift - 8 Hour Rotation: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | Every 3rd Weekend Required

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all ages with accuracy and minimal discomfort.
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of all specimens in accordance with facility and laboratory standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and HIPAA regulations.
• Prepare specimens for transport and ensure timely delivery to the laboratory for testing.
• Enter patient and specimen information accurately into electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Monitor and restock phlebotomy supplies; ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism during high-volume and overnight shifts.
• Respond promptly to stat draws and emergency requests.
• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, laboratory personnel, and other healthcare team members.
• Maintain flexibility to work designated weekend and overnight schedules as assigned.
