Introduction

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team in a dynamic role focused on application-level data processing. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to innovative projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
• 5 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ab Initio for ETL development focused on application-level data processing.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, data modeling, and processing architectures.
• Proficiency in Teradata and SQL for complex query development, optimization, and data analysis.
• Experience working within an Agile delivery model, collaborating with cross-functional teams for iterative releases.
• Working knowledge of UNIX for scripting and system navigation.
• Experience with Autosys for job scheduling, monitoring, and workflow automation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site three days per week.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Additional certifications in related technologies or methodologies.
• Experience with other ETL tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data processing platforms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Ab Initio.
• Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries and data workflows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
