If you take pride in keeping things clean and organized, Snowshoe Mountain Resort is the ideal place for you! This role involves the essential task of removing solid waste from Snowshoe Village and business units daily while effectively managing recycling and waste programs.

• Inspect and maintain compactors, reporting any issues promptly.
• Ensure compactors are operational, clean, and regularly emptied as needed.
• Keep compactor areas and village trash cans organized and pristine.
• Manage the collection of trash and recycling, including specific recyclable materials.
• Coordinate with Pocahontas Recycle to handle special waste needs.
• Report defects in equipment, maintain cleanliness, and complete necessary reports.
• Arrive on time, wear suitable attire, and participate in training sessions.
• Contribute to team efforts and achieve results as directed.

• Must have a valid Driver's license and be able to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program.

• Experience moving a pull trailer attached to a pickup truck.
• Ability to operate a standard shift truck.
• Familiarity with Snowshoe Mountain and the locations of various departments is a plus.
