What You'll Do

As a Loader and Customer Service Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring our store is clean, safe, and stocked. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Retrieving, loading, and restocking merchandise efficiently.
• Helping customers and staff move merchandise safely.

This role involves loading merchandise into customers' vehicles and replenishing shelves for future shoppers. Your focus on safety is paramount, as you'll frequently lift and move items throughout your shift.

Travel Requirements: This position does not require regular travel, but occasional travel for meetings, training, or support to nearby stores may be necessary.

What We're Looking For

This is a Full Time or Part Time position, typically scheduled for 39-40 hours or up to 25 hours per week, respectively. More hours may be needed based on store requirements. Here's what we need from you:

• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week.
• Physical ability to stand, sit and perform other job duties, with the ability to lift 25 pounds independently or more with assistance.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6 months of computer experience for inputting and accessing information.
• 6 months of experience with retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to obtain necessary sales-related licenses or registrations as required by law.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months of retail experience.
• 6 months of experience as a Loader in home improvement or hardware retail.
• 6 months of experience working in a Lowe's store in any department.
• 6 months of merchandising experience, including stocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays.
• 6 months of experience in any role involving inspection, handling, and loading/unloading products.
