Are you a pet enthusiast who loves interacting with both people and animals? At Pet Supplies Plus, we are seeking passionate individuals to provide exceptional service to our neighbors and their beloved pets!

As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist customers in selecting the ideal toys and products for their pets.
• Offer detailed comparisons of various food brands to educate pet owners.
• Help fit pets with suitable harnesses and gear.
• Share important insights on responsible pet ownership.
• Manage stock and efficiently process customer transactions.
• Care for our in-store pets, ensuring they are well-fed and their environments are clean.

We want you to be part of a team that is enthusiastic about all things pets while making every customer's visit enjoyable!

Your Role Specializations May Include:

Cashier:

• Accurately processing purchases.
• Informing customers about our Preferred Pet Club memberships and special offers.

Stocker:

• Efficiently unloading deliveries and stocking shelves.
• Helping customers carry heavier items to their vehicles.

Animal Care:

• Providing daily care for pets in-store.
• Answering inquiries about animal care and pet ownership.

This role can be physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift heavy items (40-65 lbs.) and stand for extended periods. We offer a supportive learning environment through our Pet Degree pay-for-knowledge programs.

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Support one another and help out when needed.
• Have a strong knowledge of animals and products to deliver excellent service.
• Be flexible in working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be at least 16 years of age and pass a drug screening if applicable.
