We're seeking an Office Administrator with Quickbooks experience to keep our workplace running efficiently and to support the team with a wide range of administrative tasks. This role involves coordinating dailyoffice activities, assisting with basic financial and HR processes, and helping maintain an organized, professional environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.


Primary Responsibilities

Office Coordination

  • Monitor office supply levels and arrange replenishment when needed.
  • Oversee general upkeep of the office and schedule service for equipment or facility issues.
  • Welcome guests, manage vendor interactions, and serve as the main on-site contact.
  • Support compliance with internal procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate schedules, set up meetings, and maintain calendars for staff.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Skills

  • Experience utilizing Quickbooks
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable using standard office software, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High attention to detail and strong customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
