Hello, I'm Jonathan, a homeowner in Roanoke, Virginia with a few homes. I'm in search of a reliable and experienced housekeeper to assist with various cleans(commercial/residential) as I have a few businesses as well and am looking for immediate relief. If you have experience with bathroom cleaning, dishes, and maintaining the tidiness of general rooms, we'd love to hear from you. Additionally, if you are skilled in kitchen cleaning, oven and fridge cleaning, and window washing, I would love to discuss potential opportunities with you.
I am offering a competitive rate starting off at $20 per hour for the right candidates, we would also be willing to increase price up depending on skill level. After your first 5 cleans we will discuss a raise and also would be willing to go up 50% after the first year.
