Job Details

Determine efficient and safe routing methods of transportation Manage scheduling of shipments and notify departments or customers of arrival/pickup dates Communicate with truck drivers through computer software, cell phones or two way radios Answer inbound calls from customers for dispatching and to obtain trucking rates for incoming/outgoing shipments Contribute to team effort by accomplishing additional duties as needed Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends Provide feedback by answering questions and requests What You'll Need Prior DOT and dispatching experience preferred SAP system experience preferred Basic computer skills such as familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required Exceptional customer service skills required Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Your Education High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree preferred We are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our ...Dispatcher, Dispatch, Manufacturing, Driver
