Job Details:

The Sleep Specialist will enhance customers' in-store experiences by becoming a trusted sleep authority and providing top-notch product recommendations. You will implement Mattress Firm selling programs utilizing digital tools while supporting a seamless omnichannel experience, ensuring the customer remains at the forefront.

• Create an inviting environment with a customer-centric focus through strong relationship-building.
• Share your technical knowledge and product expertise with customers, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert.
• Boost your individual sales performance and meet KPIs by demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout and post-purchase, addressing any issues and sending timely delivery reminders.
• Stay informed about competitors by keeping an eye on their offerings and marketing strategies.
• Leverage social media to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as part of your responsibilities.

Compensation:

Competitive pay range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Eligible leadership and individual contributor roles may have additional bonus opportunities at the company's discretion.
