Position Overview:

We are seeking a Inventory Coordinator to support onsite inventory operations at a customer facility. This role involves delivering, stocking, and managing materials at Point-of-Use (POU) locations, including vending machines and cabinets, while ensuring inventory accuracy and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver materials from warehouse to customer POU areas

  • Load and restock vending machines and cabinets

  • Set up and organize customer inventory spaces (VMI areas)

  • Scan barcodes and generate customer orders

  • Ensure shipment accuracy and follow orders through delivery and setup

  • Recommend inventory level adjustments based on usage

  • Take customer spot-buy requests and communicate with internal teams

  • Perform 5S organization in all VMI areas

  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits

  • Maintain clean work areas and equipment

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

  • Comfortable walking extensively throughout a large facility

  • Steel-toe shoes required

  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
