Position Overview:
We are seeking a Inventory Coordinator to support onsite inventory operations at a customer facility. This role involves delivering, stocking, and managing materials at Point-of-Use (POU) locations, including vending machines and cabinets, while ensuring inventory accuracy and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver materials from warehouse to customer POU areas
Load and restock vending machines and cabinets
Set up and organize customer inventory spaces (VMI areas)
Scan barcodes and generate customer orders
Ensure shipment accuracy and follow orders through delivery and setup
Recommend inventory level adjustments based on usage
Take customer spot-buy requests and communicate with internal teams
Perform 5S organization in all VMI areas
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Maintain clean work areas and equipment
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Comfortable walking extensively throughout a large facility
Steel-toe shoes required
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and follow established processes

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
