Job Title: Full-Time Day Porter – Commercial Cleaning Location: Large Manufacturing Facility in Daleville Va Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Hours: 40 hours per week Break: 1-hour unpaid break Perk: Free lunch provided daily Health Insurance Stipend- Benefits package offered after 6-12 months employment

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Day Porter to support a large, fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the workday. High standards, consistency, and a strong work ethic are required.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas throughout the shift

Perform continuous cleaning duties such as trash removal, floor care, surface cleaning, and restocking supplies

Respond promptly to spills, messes, and urgent cleaning needs

Follow all safety, sanitation, and facility protocols

Communicate professionally with on-site staff and supervisors

Take pride in maintaining a high-visibility facility with high expectations

Qualifications

Previous commercial cleaning or porter experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance required

Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Must be able to meet the expectations of a high-standard manufacturing environment
