Shifts Available:
First Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Second Shift: 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM
Third Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Note: All shifts may require overtime and working three out of four Saturdays per month. Orientation is mandatory for the first two days (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), with initial training on First Shift.
Position Summary
We are seeking skilled Assemblers with experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical assembly to join our fast-paced production team. This hands-on role involves building and testing components for trucks and heavy equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and install hydraulic components for cranes, diggers, booms, and trucks
Perform complex mechanical assembly and hydraulic functional testing
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and precision measuring instruments
Install and troubleshoot electrical wiring systems and components
Assemble electronic systems and support structures using rivets and bolts
Install lights, strobe lights, backup alarms, trailer plugs, and cameras
Clean parts using appropriate solutions and tools
Inspect and test equipment to ensure it meets customer specifications
Complete documentation, checklists, and defect reports accurately
Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Basic understanding of hydraulic principles
Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and comprehend written instructions
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Preferred Skills
Vocational or technical training in mechanical or electrical fields
Experience with hand and power tools
Experience in mechanical assembly and troubleshooting
Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems
Work Environment
Fast-paced, performance-driven manufacturing setting
The facility is not climate-controlled
Dress code: plain-colored T-shirts, jeans, and steel-toe shoes
Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive tasks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.30 - $21.80/hr.
