About the Opportunity

Inner Circle Agency is partnering with a U.S.-based wealth management firm to hire a Software Administrator with hands-on experience supporting Black Diamond wealth reporting software. This role is fully remote and open to candidates globally, provided they have the required technical expertise and can operate independently.

This position is ideal for someone experienced in investment performance reporting and wealth management reporting software who is looking for a flexible, part-time engagement.
Role Overview

The Software Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting Black Diamond reporting, ensuring accurate investment reporting, clean data workflows, and reliable system performance. Experience with Jump AI is a strong asset, though not required. Familiarity with financial advisor platforms and reporting environments is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Black Diamond wealth reporting software
• Manage investment performance reporting and ensure data accuracy
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and resolve data discrepancies
• Support reporting workflows used by advisors and internal stakeholders
• Assist with system configuration, updates, and ongoing maintenance
• Support Jump AI workflows if experienced with the platform
• Collaborate with team members on reporting and operational needs

Qualifications

Required

• Hands-on experience with Black Diamond reporting software
• Background in wealth management reporting or investment reporting tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Availability to start immediately
• Comfortable working part-time on an ongoing basis

Preferred

• Experience with Jump AI
• Familiarity with LPL Financial platforms or environments
• Prior experience supporting financial advisors or wealth management firms
