Summary: To assist with ensuring product is properly stocked and fresh in the Deli Department and that the departmental operations is maintained to meet department standards. Essential Functions: Assist the Assistant Deli Manager with ensuring proper pricing, weighing, packaging, and displaying of merchandise through audits in the Deli Department. Perform product preparation, stocking, and guest service as necessary to achieve department standards. Prepare food items for display, assists customers with orders, and rotate deli products by code date.
