Randstad is looking for Customer Service Rep in Roanoke,VA,24019 who will

• Work as a Customer Service Rep with Consumer Lending and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.
• Researching cases independently
• Be required to meet or exceed QA, Schedule Accountability and other metrics each month
• **Must have a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality**

Shift Days/Hours:

11:30am-8:00pm - ONE WEEKEND SHIFT REQUIRED WITH VARYING DAYS OFF

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• **Must have a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality**
• Must be able to work second shift: 11:30am-8:00pm
• Needs to be able to navigate through multiple systems + screens at once
