Accounting Leader

Job Description:
We are seeking a senior accounting leader with deep operational experience and expertise in Sage Intacct to optimize and automate accounting systems and workflows. This role owns the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of journal entries, reconciliations, and workpapers, ensuring processes are scalable, repeatable, and audit-ready. The ideal candidate combines hands-on accounting knowledge with a systems-oriented mindset, driving efficiency, implementing integrations, and building frameworks that enable the accounting team to scale effectively.
Key Qualifications:
- Sage Intacct implementation and administration experience
- Hands-on operational accounting expertise and GAAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot skills (VB plus)
- Experience designing scalable accounting systems and automating workflows
- Leadership and team-building capabilities
