Job Overview:

The Global Marketing Channels team is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support digital marketing campaign execution on the Ads platform. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about digital marketing, resourceful, and comfortable managing deadlines to deliver high-quality Facebook Ads campaigns. You must be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and quickly earn trust and credibility with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is technically adept and understands the end-to-end go-to-market process for campaign builds, and passionate about digital marketing, resourceful, and comfortable with quick turnaround time for campaign execution requests.

The Global Marketing Channels team is responsible for the performance and scalability of our digital marketing channels including web, email, in-product messaging, SEM/SEO, display, chat, and ads to provide value for our customers and enable business impact. We focus on developing and executing strategies that make our marketing channels impact levers for the business.

Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day Facebook Ads campaigns execution to support large scale globe launches for internal marketing programs. Campaign execution includes Ads campaign setup, QA, Req Intake Template and troubleshooting to meet deadlines.

  • Responsible for building Facebook Ads campaigns for
    assigned pods.
  • Execute actual campaigns based on provided builds.
  • Create campaigns, upload creatives, perform QA, and
    deploy.
  • Project management of campaigns.
  • Provide POV on effective channel use.
  • Make recommendations based on campaign objectives.
Skills:
  • Experience executing large scale global ads campaigns independently
  • Efficiently execute assigned tasks and manage your responsibilities to ensure quality of work.
  • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills.
  • High level of detail-orientation and the ability to troubleshoot.
  • Technical knowledge of Facebook Ads (pixel, custom audience, placements, optimization, bulk edit, etc)
    and best practices.
  • Experience with reporting, tracking, and developing campaign insights.
  • Must be proficient or advanced in Microsoft Excel.
Must Have:
  • 2+ years of hands-on Ads experience.
  • Agency environment experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners and QA of
    Ads campaigns.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience not just with Ads Manager, but also with major marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Ads Manager experience
Education/Experience:
  • 5+ years overall experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
