Zantech is looking for a talented IT Manager to provide technical management and operational oversight for specific modernization tasks including data governance, infrastructure strategy, and cloud schedule management for a Hybrid role based out of the Washington DC Metro area.

The IT Managerwill play a crucial role in leading technical teams in implementing data standards, managing cloud migration schedules, and supporting infrastructure modernization initiatives across CBP's enterprise technology environment.

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

• Perform project management activities including status tracking and coordination
• Conduct and lead scrum ceremonies, increment planning, and sprint retrospectives
• Compile and submit weekly reporting to OIT and Enterprise Services leadership
• Provide stakeholder engagement and communications support
• Develop and maintain dashboards linked to SharePoint repositories
• Support data governance policy development and best practices
• Manage cloud migration schedules and comprehensive reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional modernization efforts

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

• 7+ years of experience
• Technical management experience with IT infrastructure projects
• Data governance and management expertise
• Cloud migration and modernization experience
• Project coordination and team leadership
• Agile methodologies and scrum ceremonies
• SharePoint administration and content management
• Dashboard development and data visualization
• Federal government technology environment experience

Preferred Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Data management or analytics certifications

Required Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret trust or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
