Description:

Join our dynamic team at Camping World as a Customer Service Consultant! This role offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, with successful team members making $75,000 or more annually based on their performance. As a key player in our Service Department, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to initiate and process repair service requests while providing vital administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to identify their specialized product needs and services.
  • Recommend additional services to enhance customer transactions.
  • Provide accurate price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their service requests.

Requirements for Success:

  • At least one year of service experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with RV products or the camping lifestyle is a plus.
  • Proficient in using a computer and conducting internet searches.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Ability to adhere to departmental procedures and policies.
  • A valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
  • Willingness to engage in prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Compensation Details:

Our compensation structure considers various factors, including your skill set, experience, and other relevant qualifications. While individual offers typically won't be at the top of the range, you can expect total annual compensation (base plus potential commissions) between $50,000 and $75,000 or more.
