Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Ensure meticulous upkeep of our property grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings
• Remove trash from office areas and community on a daily basis and prepare property trash for pick-up
• Assist in the preparation of available units, including removing trash from vacant apartments and cleaning as needed
• Assist with entry level community work orders as you build your skills of your next assignment
• Perform cleaning functions while operating cleaning equipment, light maintenance duties and occasional exterior work

Anticipated salary range:
• $24.00 - $31.00 /hr.
• Annual Performance Bonus
• This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligible for overtime pay

Qualifications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Prior experience as a Groundskeeper or Porter preferred, but not required.
• Early-Career Maintenance Talent - You may have minimal maintenance experience - that's ok! If you are self-motivated and want to grow a career in the maintenance industry, this job may be a great fit for you.
• Meet the Physical Requirements - You're able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed and perform repairs as needed
• Problem Solver - You're able to assess situations properly, make good judgment calls and act quickly
• People Person - You deliver a WOW experience for each resident and ensure a great maintenance experience
• Multitasking Master - You're able to remain on task while handling multiple work orders
