REMOTE Personal Injury Attorney (Ohio & Virginia only)

My client is hiring remote Personal Injury Attorneys! (Candidates must have active Ohio or Virginia Bar admissions). This position is 100% remote.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range is $100k-$150k (Flexible/Negotiable DOE) + Lucrative commission & annual bonus plan. Income expectations in first year is ~$225k-$275k+.

• Draft pleadings, draft and review discovery related to personal injury
• Make court appearances as necessary.
• Prepare all pre-trial documents
• Compile all possible information, evidence, and documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation and change in lifestyle information, that will help the legal department build a case
• Communicate with clients and assist in preparation for depo/trial
• Negotiate claims

• Ohio or Virginia Barred Attorney
• At least 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases
• Trial experience is preferred
