Pay Range:$180000-$230000/Yrs

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams to drive successful outcomes and achieve objectives.
• Mentor and coach colleagues to foster innovation and creativity.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and team members to deliver solutions.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in project deliverables.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, addressing needs proactively.
• Direct multiple projects, ensuring engineering solutions are implemented successfully.
• Align engineering practices with client interests and compliance standards.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering consultancy or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Expertise in mentoring and coaching junior engineers.
• Proven success in business development and client acquisition.
