Leidos QTC Health Services seeks a college Jr/Sr for a Finance Internship for the Finance and Business Operations Team. We're looking for a motivated college student to join us for a full-time, remote Summer 2026 internship. Although the position is remote, candidates based in Southern California (Glendora or San Diego) are preferred for occasional in-person meetings.

In this role, you will be assigned tasks that are relevant and necessary to the successful execution of Leidos QTC Health finance function. You will partner with other finance professionals and business leaders to develop reports and key insights into the company's operating performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and performance summaries.
  • Assist with month-end close activities, such as account reconciliations and journal entry posting.
  • Help maintain and update financial spreadsheets, tracking key metrics and trends for internal reporting.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, variances, and insights to support business decisions.
  • Assist with budget tracking and variance reporting against approved plans.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial and operational reports for finance leadership.
  • Support compliance efforts by organizing financial documentation and assisting with requests.
Required Qualifications:
  • Current junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Intelligence, or related field typically maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Availability to work during the internship timeframe (summer 2026)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing technologies and priorities
  • Demonstrated leadership ability through community or campus involvement
  • Prior relevant experience or classroom training preferred
