They are looking for a hands-on construction-minded engineer who wants autonomy, travel and the chance to help build a cleaner, more sustainable world.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 / Year DOE

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent real-world experience
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in the field
  • Confident, professional communication with clients and contractors

  • 100% company-paid health insurance
  • Simple IRA with 100% company match up to 3%
  • 4 weeks paid time off + generous holidays
  • All travel fully covered
  • Remote, autonomous work environment with real career growth

This is not a desk engineering job. If you want to be in the field, solve real problems, travel the country, and help replace concrete and steel with recycled plastic infrastructure, RMP Global is where your work will actually matter. #LI-MH1
