Fortuna is seeking experienced Dental Call Center Agents to support high-volume inbound customer service operations for California-based dental care providers and their members. This part-time remote role focuses on assisting dental professionals with billing, policy, and general service inquiries. We support California-based dental providers and their members, ensuring they get the clear, professional answers they need regarding billing and policy.

This position begins February 16, 2026 with a robust 2-week training program.

WORKSITE: Remote-California Residents: You must live in CA to be considered.

WORK SCHEDULE: Shift Options: Mon-Fri, 10:00 AM - 2:45 PM or 11:00 AM - 3:45 PM PST.

COMPENSATION: $18.00 Per Hour with incentives offered

WHAT WE OFFER:

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from dental providers
  • Resolve billing, policy, and procedural inquiries within a 3-5 minute window
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current dental billing guidelines and healthcare policy changes
  • Record and track calls using the call tracking system
  • Provide professional, courteous, and effective service to the provider community
  • Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and call resolution metrics
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in inbound customer service (private or government sectors)
  • At least 6 months of experience in dental customer support
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and help desk software
  • Typing speed of 30 WPM and 95% accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, patient demeanor
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable internet with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed
  • GED/High School diploma
