Recent AWS & Mortgage client experience - Remote

Role : Sr. Developer (Encompass, .NET)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Mode of hire:- CTH(H1B visa will work but visa validity should be more than 18 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Encompass business rules, custom pages, and plugins using .NET technologies.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Develop and execute unit tests to maintain code quality and reliability.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and business analysts in technical design meetings.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Encompass customizations and integrations.
• Support deployment activities and provide production support when required.
• Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge with the team.

• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in Encompass development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with Encompass SDK, business rules, custom forms/pages, and plugins development.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in unit testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
