Description:

recruit22 is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to identify an Operations Data Analyst who will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and financial performance. This position supports clinical and administrative leadership by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that impact patient care and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial analysis and metrics reporting strategies for regional healthcare operations.
  • Build and maintain data tools to identify operational issues and trends, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Analyze clinical and operational data to uncover expense control opportunities (labor, capital expenditures, maintenance costs) and revenue growth potential.
  • Create and maintain financial models to evaluate operational initiatives and resource allocation.
  • Prepare comprehensive analytical summaries and recommendations for executive leadership approval.
  • Support joint venture partners and leadership teams with data-driven insights for strategic planning.
  • Generate and distribute weekly/monthly reporting packages, including patient no-show rates, purchasing trackers, insurance operations reports, and HR metrics.
  • Participate in ad hoc strategic projects aimed at improving patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance trends.
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards and foster strong relationships across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Finance, Business, Decision Sciences, or related analytical discipline. Equivalent experience and certifications considered.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data modeling, analysis, and decision support; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, due diligence, and project management.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn healthcare-specific applications.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
