Job Duties:

• Responsible for product delivery and overall cost, schedule, and product performance.
• Performs independent quality assurance reviews of program performance and deliverables to ensure that it meets assigned requirements
• Provide oversight of the multiple projects focused on modernizing Enterprise Service Management to provide clarity and drive progress towards the defined Enterprise Service Management goals and capabilities in the strategy.
• Assess project schedules to identify key milestones and cross-dependencies, based on deep expertise in leading Enterprise Service Management platforms and practices.

• Minimum 15 years of Relevant Experience,
• Minimum Education Required: Bachelors
