As a Managing Attorney, you will collaborate closely with the President/CEO, Executive Leadership, and legal production team, leveraging your extensive experience to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in family law litigation and trials. Additionally, the Managing Attorney will play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding our team of attorneys and legal production team, embodying our core values every step of the way.

ResponsibilitiesWhat Our Managing Attorney Will Do:
• Provide strategic oversight of active cases and team workflows
• Manage and mentor associate attorneys and support staff
• Lead family law litigation and trial efforts
• Maintain superior client communication and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and procedural standards
• Monitor and manage firmwide billing practices and performance metrics
• Represent the firm at legal, business, and community events as needed
QualificationsWhat We Need From You: •
J.D. degree and
admission to the Texas Bar •
Minimum 8-10 years of family law litigation experience (Texas-specific)
• Previous leadership or management experience in a law firm setting (family law preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and balance caseloads
• KPI driven individual who thrives on leadership principles and embodies our core values
• ABA membership preferred
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Strong tech literacy and comfort working in a hybrid environment
• Ability to reliably commute 3 days/week to 78746
