This team publishes digital content to the business a lot of the content is internal facing to employees fast paced team and role works through Jira ticket queue grab content request from Stakeholder, publishers on the team need to be familiar with publishing, editing in CMS environment

Minimum 4 years experience

Prefers those with Sitecore experience and various CMS proficiencies This team also publishes to RightAnswers, however this is pretty uncommon so there might not be many with this experience Looking for a well rounded digital content strategist maintain high level of detail know how backend publishing works Copy editing is helpful

Digital marketing and market strategy experience is good those who worked in websites previously

Job Description: Content Editor (Web):

1. Collaborate across the design and sales teams to ensure Xfinity.com and Business.comcast.com content are updated accurately with engaging content 2. Follow best practices when make customer facing updates to Xfinity.com and Business.comcast.com 3. Use and understand page templates and coinciding components 4. Accurately update internal ticketing system to ensure accurate reporting on requests 5. Participate in required QA of Xfinity.com and Business.comcast.com 6. Participate in weekly meetings with development team to stay up to date on new web components and functionalities 7. Provide feedback on tools and processes to optimize team and workflow
