The ITAM Analyst will support the design and delivery of IT Asset Management functions. This includes documenting processes and work instructions for existing processes as well as preparing a suite of regression test cases. Additionally, the BA will identify or contribute to the documentation of requirements for new or improved processes, and support testing and production rollout. This role requires familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and includes significant reporting, data analysis and process redesign responsibilities. This role must have experience in a business analysis role supporting an IT Asset Management function, either through the implementation of ITAM as a new function or through ongoing support of an established ITAM function.
Responsibilities:
• Interface with User Experience staff, Designers, Developers, Operational Leads, staff and Customers, as necessary, to identify requirements and support solution design, implementation, and ensure successful operational handoff
• Responsible for ensuring process, enhancement and defect items are properly documented. Ensure process library includes current requirements, design, and test plans, and regression test plans
• Ensure new development activities, and/or process changes are properly vetted against existing processes
• Participates in change control activities to formally implement solutions to production
• Support ServiceNow team as they perform system upgrades, by executing regression testing

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration, related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting IT Asset Management function, including full asset life cycle
• Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management Modules and Contracts Module and Service Now configuration management data base
• Demonstrated experience with Agile Methodology, Project Management and Business Analysis
• Policy / processes documentation experience
• Test Case documentation experience
• Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Strong communication skills, ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly and professionally
• Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently
• Excellent at multi-tasking, managing deliverables and established deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
• CBAP - Certified Business Analysis Professional
• PMP - Project Management Professional

Position Details:

  • Pay Rate / Range:$50.00-$70.32
The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
