Description:

Background in asset-heavy industries like utilities, energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure, where knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., FASB, IFRS for asset accounting) and operational challenges is crucial.
Demonstrated success leading embedded change teams in multi-functional programs, with flexibility to scale resources across phases like exploration, build/test, and stabilization.

In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules for A2R, including Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Fixed Assets (FI-AA).
Proficiency in OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and tools for stakeholder analysis, impact tracking, and content creation (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, SAP Enable Now).
Familiarity with integration points between A2R and other ERP areas, such as finance (R2R) or procurement (P2P).
