Our Bethesda - based commercial insurance agency client is now looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to assist them with their commercial clients.After one year, the successful candidate can earn stock in the company!

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day delivery of high quality insurance customer service to commercial clients in a wide variety of commercially-owned businesses in the WDC region. The successful candidate will be very bright, polished and have high level communications skills.

• Property and Casualty license
• Manage a book of small commercial lines clients
• Demonstrated success managing a book of Commercial Lines business
• Familiarity with Carriers is a plus
• Customer Interface Experience
• Customer service oriented
• Organized and able to multi-task
• Must be detail oriented
• Excellent customer relation skills
• No management experience required

• Duties:

• Service and maintenance of Personal Lines accounts
• Consult and interact with high net worth individuals
• Handle updates to accounts
• Work with current clients handling inquiries, policy changes, etc
• Work along side sales producers
• Driving new business through renewals
