Position Overview

The Care Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, patients, or customers, ensuring they receive timely support, guidance, and care tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients/customers to address inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
• Provide personalized care and support, ensuring needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and case updates in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams (healthcare providers, customer support, or operations) to resolve issues efficiently.
• Educate clients/customers on available services, resources, and best practices for ongoing care.
• Monitor client satisfaction, escalate unresolved concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
• Uphold compliance with company policies, service standards, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Social Work, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years of experience in a care-focused role (healthcare, customer service, patient support, or case management).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in using CRM, EMR, or case management software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage sensitive information confidentially.
