Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's or certifications a plus).
• 5+ years of Business Analysis/Consulting experience in Agile environments.
• Experience in life insurance & annuity products (term, whole, UL, VL, group, annuities). LOMA certifications are a plus.
• Strong technical skills: SQL, Excel, XML parsing, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau/BI tools.
• Ability to analyze logs, validate data, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
