Title: Medical Malpractice Attorney - Plaintiff

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Our reputable client, a distinguished law firm in Phoenix, AZ, is actively seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney with 2+ years of medical malpractice or personal injury experience. This fully on-site role provides the opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes medical malpractice cases in a collaborative and professional environment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive litigation experience and a passion for providing excellent client service while advancing their career in a well-respected firm.

Responsibilities:

Case Management: Manage all aspects of medical malpractice litigation, from initial case assessment through trial or settlement, ensuring high-quality case outcomes.

Depositions: Conduct and defend depositions with precision and professionalism to build strong case arguments.

Motions and Briefs: Draft and argue persuasive motions and briefs, leveraging your deep knowledge of civil litigation.

Client Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates, answering questions, and offering sound legal advice.

Court Representation: Confidently represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial proceedings, presenting arguments persuasively and effectively.

Collaboration: Partner with senior counsel and other legal professionals within the firm on high-profile and complex cases.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with substantial experience in medical malpractice litigation or personal injury preferred.

Proven track record handling depositions, motions practice, and court appearances.

Trial experience is a strong plus.

Active and in good standing license to practice law in Arizona (required).

Preferred and additional bar admission to Colorado.

Skills:

Advanced legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Strong ability to manage and prioritize a demanding workload effectively.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.

Team-oriented approach while being able to work independently when required.
