Overview:

Join a dynamic team as an Implementation Specialist, where your expertise will play a critical role in the seamless integration of cutting-edge supply chain execution software. This position involves collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs and ensuring the successful deployment of our advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in defining system requirements for implementing advanced supply chain software solutions.
  • Configure and rigorously test software products to align with project specifications.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for client projects.
  • Collaborate with developers to create custom solutions and add-ons as required.
  • Facilitate client training sessions both on-site and remotely, ensuring effective system use.
  • Support the Go Live process, providing on-site and remote assistance as necessary.
  • Maintain ongoing client support post-implementation, offering training and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Coordinate with the support team to assist live clients effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Windows Workstation and Server environments.
  • Experience with Web Browsers and Web Server (IIS) environments.
  • Knowledge of SQL server databases and programming.
  • Strong command of office tools and remote access technologies.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software related to supply chain or enterprise systems.
  • Solid technical background preferred, with a strong understanding of Software Development and Agile Methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft system tools: Windows, IIS, SQL Server.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
  • 20% - 30% travel required, both domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to work effectively in team settings.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in warehousing, transportation, or logistics applications.
  • Knowledge of leading WMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Koerber).
