US Client Relationship Manager - Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management - Remote

Strivant Health is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to be the primary point of contact for our physician group and practice clients. You'll own the relationship, orchestrate cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore), and ensure KPIs, SLAs, and financial goals are consistently met. Expect a mix of scheduled calls, video meetings, onsite visits, and proactive reporting to keep clients informed and delighted.

Location: Remote - with travel to physician practice client locations within the United States

What You'll Handle

  • Serve as the main point of contact with clients across the full revenue cycle book of business; lead client meetings, check-ins, and oversee client communications (virtual and in-person);
  • Align expectations to contracted SLAs; manage CRM records and contract timelines to ensure on-time deliverables;
  • Monitor reports and systems to gauge the client's revenue cycle pulse on claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up;
  • Analyze revenue data; prepare detailed reports; communicate variances with recommended actions; track progress against goals;
  • Coordinate with operations teams both onshore and offshore in AR follow-up, coding, cash applications, and patient access to assist with achieving timely outcomes.
  • Lead client onboarding, resource planning, and change management; share best practices and success stories internally.
  • Ensure operational excellence, alignment, and client-ready readiness across all transitioned functions.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required, or direct revenue cycle management experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle (third-party follow-up/client management or sales account management), ideally with onshore/offshore team models.
  • Strength in revenue cycle client engagement, conflict resolution, and cross-functional project leadership.
  • Strong understanding of AR follow-up, denial management, cash posting, and RCM workflows.
  • Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-9/10, HCPCS, payer rules (government and commercial).
  • Strength in client engagement, conflict resolution, and cross-functional project leadership.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfort with EMR/practice management systems and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a focus on measurable impact.
  • Based in the U.S. with the ability to travel the U.S. 25% overnight by aircraft or motor vehicle to various U.S. locations.
