Non-Structural Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• Perform precise non-structural welding to create custom lighting fixtures and metal furnishings.
• Interpret design plans and specifications to fabricate unique, high-quality pieces.
• Assemble, finish, and inspect metal components to ensure craftsmanship standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet project timelines and maintain workspace organization.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and safety protocols for a productive work environment.

Non-Structural Welder Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in non-structural welding or metal fabrication.
• Ability to pass an on-site weld test.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in finishing metal products. Must pass a basic skills assessment or practical welding test.

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
