Litigation Paralegal - Virginia

MW Talent is partnering with a well-established and respected personal injury law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal.
This position offers a 4-day in-office and 1-day remote schedule each week.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of litigation experience in a Personal Injury law firm.
• Strong understanding of litigation timelines, deadlines, and e-filing procedures.
• Proficiency with filing requirements across multiple court systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft deposition notices, discovery requests/responses, and legal pleadings.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather medical records and case details.
• Schedule depositions, mediations, trial preparation sessions, and internal/external meetings.
• Maintain litigation calendars and manage deadlines for assigned attorneys.
• Support trial preparation and document organization throughout each case.
