Description

Experience with HVAC, facilities maintenance, and project management, preferably in an industrial setting. Responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and upkeep of the facility through various maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, preventive measures, and coordination of outside contractors.

• Performing quality checks on HVAC systems and electrical systems.
• Sourcing and project management of outside contractors.
• Keeping documents of inspections and problems.
• Maintaining landscaping.
• Training and supervision of custodial staff.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience in building maintenance with a focus on HVAC skills. Basic training in wiring and plumbing repair is needed with additional coursework in HVAC systems. Strong problem solving skills, attention to details, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
