Compensation & Structure

• $400,000-$700,000+ annual earning potential
  
• Flexible compensation model:
  
  • High-earning production-based compensation or
    
  • Strong guaranteed base salary for stability (Whichever is higher)

• DDS/DMD with completion of an ADA-accredited Endodontic residency
