Eaton's EPG CHD EP Americas division is currently seeking a Inventory Control - 2nd Shift. The core hours are 3:30 pm - 12:00 am. The hourly rate for this position is $20.78 per hour. There is an additional $1.25 shift differential pay for 2nd shift.

What you'll do:
The Inventory Control Team Member is responsible to maintain inventory accuracy by completing cycle counts as a result of receiving and picking exceptions/errors, customer inaccuracy and managing location accuracy issues as they arise throughout the shift. Safe work habits and environment must be maintained while operating powered industrial equipment and handling boxes of various sizes and weights.

Follow safety procedures for equipment to reduce potential for accidents.
Required to operate multiple powered industrial trucks (PIT/MHE) such as stand up/sit down forklifts, the electric pallet jack, and order picker.
Complete operators check list, monitor equipment for proper functionality and report concerns.
Use RF (Radio Frequency) units to scan product and locations for proper material movement.
Safe use of approved box cutters to open, close or remove packaging materials.
Experienced in utilization of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word as well as ability to successfully learn and utilize SAP and WMS (warehouse management system).
Operate and update master data utilizing Cubiscan.
Communicate with supervisors to resolve opportunities timely.
Assist the Inventory Control Specialist with required assignments.
Communicate with coworkers to share expertise.
Assist with material transfer between Assembly and the Distribution Center
Proper lifting techniques to move products manually and/or place them on work surfaces.
Pull inventory requisitions.
Clear daily inventory discrepancies (report) and maintain high levels of accuracy.
Investigate/resolve daily inventory challenges.
Transfer/adjust order cancellations and return goods to inventory.
Perform bin checks and cycle counts.
Other tasks as needed or requested.

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Position Criteria:

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Remain standing for an extended period of time up to 10 hours.
Able to perform constant movement of the arms
